Beginning in September 2010, the Lenape Nation Cultural Center and Trading Post will be open on Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 3:00PM. The center is located in the Bachmann House, 2nd and Northampton Streets, Easton, PA. In addition to the Trading Post, the center provides docents to conduct guided tours of the artifacts on display. The library, which contains various books, photographs, audio visual resources and other selected documents from the Lenape Nation archives, is open for research and perusal. The children's corner includes musical instruments, Lenape games, storybooks, computer language programs, coloring pages, and crafts. General admission is free and donations are voluntary. Special programming will be provided each week and various workshops will be conducted as announced. Fees for these programs will be determined accordingly. Lenape Culture presentations are offered both on location
by request, and at the Lenape Cultural Center
on the second floor of the Bachmann Public House, Northampton and 2nd Streets, Easton, Pa.
